About Thesora
Thesora is a project-management and collaboration workspace for thesis, capstone, research, and similar academic projects.
It helps teams organize milestones, tasks, deliverables, revisions, feedback, resources, and project activity from proposal to defense.
Thesora is not a university, adviser, grading authority, plagiarism checker, or guarantee of academic success.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your account secure, and for activity performed through your account.
Do not access another user's account, project, or information without permission.
Acceptable use
You must not use Thesora to:
- access accounts or projects without authorization
- bypass security, permissions, or usage restrictions
- harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- distribute malicious, illegal, or harmful content
- violate intellectual-property or privacy rights
- interfere with or intentionally disrupt the service
You are responsible for following the academic and research policies of your school or institution.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content and project information you add to Thesora.
You give Thesora permission to process, store, and display that information only as necessary to operate the service and make it available to authorized project members.
Thesora does not claim ownership of your research, code, documents, designs, or other project materials.
Project collaboration
Project information may be shared with members you invite according to their assigned role and permissions.
You are responsible for choosing who you invite and for sharing invitation links carefully.
External services
Thesora may contain links to services such as Google Docs, Google Drive, GitHub, Figma, and other third-party websites.
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Thesora is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Service availability
Thesora is currently an independently developed service and continues to evolve.
We aim to keep the service available and working properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as Thesora develops.
Suspension and misuse
We may restrict or suspend access when an account is used to abuse, attack, disrupt, or compromise Thesora, other users, or their data, or when these Terms are violated.
No academic guarantee
Thesora is a project-management tool and does not guarantee project approval, grades, successful defense, graduation, publication, or acceptance of research.
Academic decisions remain the responsibility of you, your team, advisers, reviewers, and institution.
Use of the service
You use Thesora at your own discretion. While we take reasonable steps to provide a reliable and secure service, you should maintain appropriate copies or backups of important project materials stored in external services.
